The new extension of 35 m2 has an open-plan modern kitchen, high dining table and living room with a wood burner.

From the extension you enter right out to the large covered terrace which is facing the 500 m2 secluded and fully enclosed garden and the pool. In the garden, next to the pool, there is a covered traditional nBBQ area with a special build Ice-Bar.

The charming covered lounge area is inviting you to relax with a view over the large pool of 9 x 4,5 meter. After your swim you can refresh yourself at the outdoor designer shower und for the sunseekers there nare two sunbeds at your disposal.
